I have used many city centre letting agents, but have now consolidated all my properties to Greystone, as their service surpasses all others. Their tenants are always thoroughly vetted and so always prove to be highly reliable, and most importantly- my void periods are now negligible.

Equally their staff, in particular Carla who has been very efficient, courteous and full of enthusiasm and attention to detail. The whole team is always willing to go an extra mile. I commend them for their excellent service at all times... and recommend them wholeheartedly to prospective landlords and tenants.

Greystone Lettings came to my rescue just when I'd given up hope of finding the right flat. They organised everything virtually overnight and were the friendliest people I could have hoped to welcome me to Birmingham. Their service was beyond excellent. I can't recommend them highly enough.

"Whilst dealing with other letting agents on my hunt to find my first apartment within Birmingham, I had some real headaches. As a first time renter most letting agents in Birmingham seemed not to take my enquiries seriously and did little to help find that ideal place I was looking for.

The aftercare from the entire Greystone Lettings team has been brilliant. Karla has been very patient with me with any questions I have had and Naomi gave me great recommendations about service providers and general care. All the team are easily approachable, friendly and always happy to help, they have made this experience for me a time of excitement rather than one of stress. There is no doubt in my mind that Greystone are the best letting agents in Birmingham.
